My sister and I spent 4 days at the Lovell Inn. We found the ambiance charming and the location perfect. Rose was available immediately for any concerns or questions. I wouldn't hesitate to return there.
Yeah, so the reviews make the place fabulous. Actually, there is NO breakfast which was not disclosed, bed mattress was hard as a rock (like sleeping on a dining room table) and carpet was not vacuumed.
The photos outside are very dated. The place needs lots of work.
And yes, you stay in the out building with everyone else.
We loved staying at the CLI. Rose is an amazing host, she did everything to make us comfortable and feel home. Beds are super comfy, the bathroom is well stocked and the room is spacious. For breakfast you can pick from savory or sweet and it is delicious. I would for sure stay there again if I return to the area.Food & drinks: Delicious and generous portions
