“A diamond in the ruff for sure. Drove by and parking lot was full. Decided to turn around and give it a shot. Looked like an old general store. Great Food. Definitely will be making a stop back in soon. We had the ribs and seafood combo plate. With coleslaw, potato salad, onion rings and fries. All excellent. Well seasoned. Great flavors.“
“We loved staying at the CLI. Rose is an amazing host, she did everything to make us comfortable and feel home. Beds are super comfy, the bathroom is well stocked and the room is spacious. For breakfast you can pick from savory or sweet and it is delicious. I would for sure stay there again if I return to the area.Food & drinks: Delicious and generous portions“
“Pleasant point is a peaceful retreat on the most pristine lake I have ever seen! The restaurant has amazing food and cocktails and has beautiful rustic decor. The furnishing and front porch of the in are welcoming, cozy and are exactly what you would hope for in a Maine lodge. Scott and Beth are such great hosts! We will definitely be back!“

“My boyfriend and I were just heading home from NH and needed to food stop, this was literally the best choice we could’ve made. Our server Hannah was so nice and attentive and THE FOOD, insanely delicious. Please continue to make the deviled eggs with blackened shrimp, 12/10.“

“First time visiting, was brought here by a friend who knew I had an affinity with Belgian beer.
Out of the way place, but very serious beer selection and good food.
Service was good, this despite the fairly busy Friday night crowd.
I started with a Chimay Grande Réserve (pictured), when food arrived I switched to a Weihenstephaner. A Braupakt - which is a collaboration between Germany's Weihenstephan and Belgium's St. Bernardus. No matter your favorite style, there is a beer for every taste. And it will be served in the proper glass. The shear amount of imported beers on tap is impressive.
I had the Pliny the Younger burger with house fritte. Both were delicious.
The decor was charming and the inside bar well appointed with the classic/old style tap handles.
Beer lovers should count Ebenezer's as a must visit spot in Maine.“
