“Update; restaurant made good on missing item.

Food is decent and would typically rate this a 4-5 star experience.

Unfortunately, what brought me out to the review board was an abysmal customer service experience.

Directly after our reasonably good restaurant and disc golf experience, I got a phone call from one of the staff telling me that a disc was brought in from the 9 hole course they maintain on premise with my name and number on it. I had left it on the course after playing. I thanked them for calling me and said I’d be by in a day or two to retrieve it.

When I showed up to get the item they called me to tell me about, they acted like I was completely out of line for bothering them with the hassle. Rude and unapologetic is how I would describe them. There must be poor coordination and communication between staff to “lose” my disc after calling to tell me they were holding it for me”

“everytime hubby and I want a good breakfast we end up here! food is great, atmosphere is nice and always a good price. unfortunately today wasn't the case food was good but service was disappointing. server had time to chat with another table near us and meet their needs and wants but rushed us to order, as one in the group wasn't ready to order and had to pick on the fly, waited half my meal to get jelly which was giving to the tables as they ordered but not us, never got the home fires, never checked in on us till we called her over. another at the table never ate her meal and she never questioned what was wrong. and had to wait about 16 mins for check after we asked for the check and boxes. will go back but in hopes we don't have her again. she was unpleasant and short with us but happy and attentive to her other tables.”

“extremely good place to eat if you need a place that is kind of like home this is it , at least for anyone that likes football baseball basketball golf or pretty much any sports. service is prompt and friendly drinks are fair priced the only problem i had was when i looked around for a phone number there was not a single one posted. anywhere in the restaurant and i had to google gippers for a number and found this. they should make their number well known pens cards put it on the shirts they sell its not a place to be afraid of advertising by any means.”

“I would not recommend this place when they can't pay their plumbers the money they owe foe the services given! It's pretty sad that the plumber fronted parts which then shorted money out of there kids mouths! pay your bills!!”

The servers are very friendly, food is solid in my experience, and prices are not unreasonable.

Parking: As others have mentioned, the parking lot can be a bit cramped!”
