“Got a pizza to go on the last night of our vacation in Westport Island. An issue with the online ordering system meant that our order was massively delayed and Cook’s comped the entire thing even though the issue was no fault of the restaurant. The staff was so incredibly nice while dealing with technical issues and other unnecessarily belligerent customers and the pizza was well worth the wait! Special shout out to the female staff member whose name I didn’t catch but who was going above and beyond to get our order fixed - I think my unintentional choice of seat near the kitchen and flat resting face created more stress, but you were truly so wonderful and I appreciate all you did!“
