“The service was good. I would have appreciated water as well as a drink with lunch. The meatloaf was delicious. Real mashed potatoes, delicious gravy, fresh carrots. Food at its best.
The atmosphere was nice but not super comfortable. But hey, it's a diner!”

“I was there days ago and went with my family. The food was delicious. My daughter had a steaming veggie bowl with shrimp 🍤 ny wife had a soup and loved it. The waitress was excellent she was very polite and professional. Smile on her face. We have been here quite a few times and happy to be back time after time. Keep up the great work”

“Food was great, they had my order done quickly, Lobby looked clean and parking lot didn't have any trash. My order To Go was placed in the DT of the local McDonald's, (I waited 20 minutes there for my wives 4 items and was late to pick up my own order with you guys)they need to take notes. Not only did you all beat their time by 17 minutes, the food was still warm. Great job you all”

“Stopped here for food without checking reviews, and I was pleasantly surprised! We ordered Lo Mein and Fried Rice, both were delicious, the portions were huge, and the prices were very reasonable. The staff were kind, attentive, and provided excellent service. Definitely worth the stop”

“I make sure to stop here for lunch each year on my way up to Moosehead Lake for my annual fishing trip. This Subway is very clean, the ingredients are fresh, and the workers make a great sub! The Italian BMT is always deliscious. I highly recommend the footlong on herb & cheese bread and having them "toast" it.

Kid-friendliness: Great place to bring the family for a quick bite to each. With a variety of subs on the menu, there's surely something for everyone. Even for kids who are picky eaters.”

“Probably one of the biggest hidden gems in Maine. My wife and I have been going to Vittles for years and we have never had a bad meal. Always leave super happy. They are also very kid friendly which makes it easy to go out with the two kids. Cant recommend then enough. Always delicious from scratch dishes. Everyone should be showing them some love!”

“Just got my gas can filled by the nicest gentleman who put can back in my truck and opened my door to get in. I will be back. I live in Etna and have not patronized Etna since "Mama" sold it to foreigners. Plymouth is much closer than Newport so will fill my gas can there from now on especially if the personal attention is the norm. Thank you so much to the gentleman who treated this tired old woman like a queen! 💕”

“During the day is hit or miss but the overnight crew is amazing! They ALWAYS make my coffee right (and let's be real, I am kind of a coffee brat - I like what I like)! They're all also extremely customer oriented and super friendly.”
