This is one of if not the nicest subway units I have ever visited. It appears to be highly managed and the counter staff are always amiable and accomodating. Ideally located on Main Street in Oakland it is easy to park as it is convenient to access. I usually lunch at this facility when I am in possession of a coupon but is this scenario not the sole criteria. As someone who works for Subway in the Augusta area, I ordered a foot long VEGGIE delight and got a foot long Bready delight instead. I asked for extra off all my veggies as that was all I was getting on my, hence the name, “VEGGIE delight†and I got barley any veggies. No matter how many times I asked the worker for extra she would put like 1 more of the veggie on my sandwich. To the point where I just let it be. She seemed to not be properly trained????? Personally, I've had mostly positive experiences with this subway, of course they could deal with having more of the uncommon ingredients, but hey, they still do great with what they have!
