I also love that when I ask for an extra side of ranch, the employees take extra care in communicating to those making the food that it’s on the sandwich, and on the side. Which I just love! “Went in twenty minutes before they closed and was greeted by a gentleman in glasses. He was very enthusiastic and helpful, despite the store closing soon. He was very efficient, patient and was able to offer the full menu. It was an enjoyable experience and Subway should be glad to have someone like him running the store. Great Job.“

The buildings are not welcoming and they’ve really incentivized people to get their food and go away.
