“I stop in here while I was visiting my family back home. The atmosphere was wonderful and the food was even better. I had the pumpkin chocolate chip cookie imperial stout along with a chicken burger with a blueberry sauce. The food and drink were fantastic and I even went back for another IPA. I will make it a point to come back here when I am back in this neck of the woods.“

“First time here this season and as usual, it did not disappoint! I ordered the crab roll instead of my usual lobster roll and it's an 11/10! Fresh hot hand cut fries, perfectly salted. Cold, crisp pickle. a generous portion of fresh crab in a tiny bit of mayo on top of a small perfect amount of lettuce, stuffed in a fresh buttered and toasted bun, and a 4oz container of fresh home made Cole slaw. It doesn't get any better, or more fresh! There's a reason they've won best food truck in the Bangor area for several years in a row. Pro Tip- eat the fries first! They're always fresh and hot, but if you don't eat them first, they cool off quick. They have 5 picnic tables with umbrellas you can eat at, or eat it right in your car. The cherry on top is the excellent choice of tunes playing, and the amazing customer service. Don't change a thing!“

“Their lobster rolls are AMAZING, huge and delicious. Their French fries and coleslaw are the best. We got ours “to go”. Everything is packed separately: lobster meat in PINT-SIZED containers, coleslaw, French fries and two rolls (there’s more than enough lobster to fill two rolls). They deserve 10 stars, but 5 stars is the limit.“

From Maui breadsticks to salads to wraps to pizza’s to desserts. We loved them all! Maui breadsticks were amazing. 4 generous stuffed breadsticks with a side of marinara. We have had 12 in, 14 in pizza’s and by the slice. Toppings chosen: buffalo chicken, cheese, pepperoni with and without hot honey, perfectly baked. We also have had their Margherita pizza with minced garlic, incredible. Our family favorite is the chicken broccoli Alfredo, absolutely delicious. We have also had their turkey BLT, buffalo chicken wrap and ham Italian sandwich. They were flavorful and tasty. We have also enjoyed their grilled chicken Caesar salad as well as their garden salad, generous portions and great. And we completed our dining take out experiences with maple walnut whoopie pies…OMG!! Such goodness! “My first experience at Utopia was amazing! It was NYE and they were booked solid with reservations. We got there early and they were very kind and let us use a table, which I was not expecting. It did not interfere with anyone's reservations. The food was spectacular as well as the service. I highly recommend Utopia and I love that there were lots of vegan options!!“

“We live in Florida now, but formally we lived across the Penobscot in Brewer. I have never found Chinese food in Florida that has food as great as China Harbor! The hot and sour soup is the best I have ever had on the East coast of the US. Love this place! It is a must stop everytime we return to Maine! I don’t know what restaurant the reviewers who labelled the 3 ladies as rude were in, but it couldn’t have been the place I go! Even if it has been a year since being there they always recognize me and my family! At first I think there may have been both cultural and language barriers. But I always joke with them and compliment them and the food! If I were still going there regularly we would be great friends! Respect is a two way street!Love this place and everything about it!“

“The food was decent and the portions reasonable. While the flavors were good, nothing really jumped out at me as amazing. This does not mean I wouldn’t recommend it, only that it wasn’t a “wow” meal so much as a safe one.

The waiter was both patient and attentive. He saw to our orders and returned when we were ready. He was neither talkative nor social. There is an art to waiting tables and friendliness just wasn’t in his wheelhouse.

“At Uno's in Bangor, ME yesterday (04/15/25)....My husband doesn't like the chunky sauce and likes the sauce on the bottom....my exact order was marina sauce (not chunky) and sauce on the bottom, no sauce on the top like a regular pizza ....my order WAS repeated back to me correctly. Great, see you in 25 minutes. How'd they do?? Sauce all over the top....it was marina but I specifically asked for the sauce to be on the bottom. Even the tag in the pizza box was correct. When I called them to complain as this is the SECOND time this has happened (first time we didn't call) the manager (who also made this pizza) made all kinds of excuses, this is how we do it, we don't make them with no sauce on the top, try calling in your order next time vs doing it online (this was a call in order not online), maybe explain it better next time, maybe tell them you want it made in the reverse order.... In the end, we still have this pizza, not guaranteed a refund and they've lost us as a customer!! $51 plus a $5 tip for this pizza & a gluten free. I just checked my bank account and I'm not seeing a charge yet so maybe she did refund after we hung up but not sure yet. Very poor customer service, especially by the manager!!“

“It's my go to Chinese spot in Bangor. Different Chinese restaurants have different things that they are best at, but I find that Noodles is all around my favorite. Atmosphere is 5 points not for the dining room, which is clean and works, but because they have a drive thru window for pickups.“
