“Edit...couple weeks later....ordered a take out pizza again. Sausage and mushroon with crushed red papper well done. This pizza was the bomb. The best pizza ive had for couple years. Go here. Order it how you want. The will deliver.
When I walked up to the counter and noticed the pizza oven temperature was 700 degrees I knew this pizza shop had potential to make a great pie. Ive had pizza here four times in the last year or so. The pizzas are so good. Crispy crust with a good bite, not doughy or raw. So many places can't get the cook right on a pizza. The toppings were delicious a flavorfull sauce and a quality cheese. I think this is the best pizza in the area and the best pizza I've had for quite a while. I also grabbed a meatball sub once and it did not disappoint. Good meatballs, tasty sauce and well portioned with the right cook in the oven. Yum.
Go to this place and drop some dough.

“So I do love Amatos.. grew up down the street from the india street location.. but it sucks when you get something labeled a Caesar salad, and it has raw onion, black olive, and no crouton. Not what a Caesar is/should be. Not a mistake either, ordered 2 and they came the same.“

The owner made me feel at home with her jokes and personality! Reminded me of my grandma. The lake view was perfect! I ordered bacon wrapped scallops with a maple syrup side and a handmade pepperoni pizza with 3 beers. Everything was done exceptionally well. Best scallops around and the pizza was everything I personally love about a pizza! $47 for one of the best dinners I've had in Maine. Thank you.“
