Okay I love Bissells, the beer, the food, the space and vibe. I’m honestly super disappointed with the change up of the service. The self serve, seat yourself, come and go or hang style was perfect and I was bummed to learn that it’s changed to sit down seating with servers.
Always delicious beers, especially the hops.
I fall in the Swish > Substance crowd (how is this even a debate?? No contest imo)
But on this recent visit (from Texas) I was pleasantly surprised by the refreshing Swish Lite, and I have been known to get down with some blueberry Substance when available.
*loved* their hop water!
Next door to the superfun Cryptozoology Museum (way less hokey than I imagined).

Stopped in while vacationing. So, the place is great and has an awesome atmosphere, but it's the beer that you go here for. Like elite level beer that's on the same level with Treehouse and any other that you can think of. If you are in the area and enjoy crazy delicious beer, then you need to get here.
