We stopped by Cheese Louise in Boston Mass before a concert. We had the pleasure of meeting Rodrick, a charismatic and "kinesthetically intelligent" gentleman. Amazing food and service!
The Clawbster meal with tomato parm soup and a side of chips with the secret sauce were all so delicious! The energy is calm and welcoming and the staff is great! Atticus was so fun and made us 100% want to come back! Definitely recommend especially on a busy Saturday night !
Very nice place, really good grilled cheese and tomato soup, very good portion size and menu selection. also their secret sauce is really good
Fantastic food! Definitely worth a visit for lunch!
delicious sandwiches, great drinks, and immaculate vibes. would definitely recommend to friends!!
I came here for a Gouda time and I now I’m a true Brieliever. Fuggin delish.
This place is so great. Definitely a must if you’re looking for a quick bite while exploring around Portland. Stop by between 5-6 and get that island time deal! Jordan was the best!!
I came here for my birthday and it was amazing!! Our server Jordan was so friendly and the food was delish. The vibe and decor is super cute and fun. Definitely would come again.
Stepping into this grilled cheese haven was like stumbling into a warm, cheesy hug from a long-lost aunt. The menu? A symphony of sandwich genius, boldly uniting bread and melted dairy in ways that make you question why you ever bothered with lesser foods. The Vermonter, a golden-crisp marvel, oozed with such gooey perfection I nearly proposed to it on the spot. Sebastian and Brenden, with their dazzling smiles and speed-of-light service, made me feel like I was dining in a Michelin-starred temple of comfort food. For a mere $12, I was gifted a masterpiece that could make a grown man cry—over his wallet and his tastebuds. I’m already counting the minutes until I can return to this Portland shrine of cheesy glory.
This joint serves the best grilled cheese and tomato soup this side of the Mississippi!! The Vermonter was so perfect, the bread was crispy around the edges and the cheese was melted to perfection, just like grandma used to make. She would put the tea kettle and top of the sandwich to make all cook perfectly! Service was superb and the Miller High Life was so cold and refreshing!!! So glad we literally stumbled upon this place

My son loved this place! Super cute concept, yummy food, and the best sauce. ⭐️✨
Brendan and Sebastian were super friendly and helpful 💖
Cheese Louise was fantastic! Sebastian and Brendan were great help! Will definitely be back
We stopped by Cheese Louise uptown in Conway on the 4th of July to grab some lemonade (which was amazing, by the way). My son wanted a side of fries, which came with ketchup and their Cheese Louise Secret Sauce. Naturally, the parent tax applied, so we had to try it — and good lord, that sauce is on another level. It’s hands-down the best sauce I’ve ever tasted. It completely blew my mind. We didn’t even hesitate — we bought a bottle on the spot. Tried it with steak the next day and it was mind-blowing all over again. If you haven't tried it yet, you're missing out. Absolute flavor bomb. 🔥 We'll be back probably in a few days for a new bottle
Tried the breakfast at Cheese Louise NoCo - loved it! And OMG the sauce...yum! Staff had a fun vibe and Sam S. was super helpful too :-)
