The dunkin' app was glitchy for the free refresher, which was disappointing
Typical delicious (it's Dunkin, you know what you're getting) breakfast sandwich, but wow. The service was rude, my coffee was wrong as I didn't ask for cream or sugar and the homeless people taking up most of the tables - yikes! I get I'm in Portland Maine, but this was a bit more than expected for sure.

Dunkin' is a great place to get great coffee and other desserts like donuts and Dunkin' Wraps. The restaurant is also famous for refreshing beverages and other wholesome treats that can be afforded at a reasonable cost. They are sensitive to market allergens and will accommodate personal demands. However, there have been instances where customers have experienced poor service, specifically during closing hours, which can be frustrating. Despite this, the staff's hard work and dedication are evident, and it's clear they are doing their best to provide excellent service.
