Located on the ground floor of the Westin Harborview hotel, in Portland, this is the only alternative to the restaurant for a cup of coffee and a quick bit. Unfortunately, we found the hours were short, and it is not open every day. It is a small cafe, with no tables or chairs. i got an iced latte and it was better than expected. the place has a vibe of a hotel coffee room as that’s kind of what it is but coffee is better than machine made coffee. it’s a small coffee shop and has no seating.
