AJ is a master bartender - she knows her product, she’s a great conversationalist, and just a general delight. The three of us had such a great time here!

It has become tradition to stop at hardshore every time we are in Portland now; we’ve been probably 4 or 5 times now. The drinks are always amazing (unique, fresh and delicious), the staff is always super friendly and easy to talk to. The location is great with big open entrances to allow fresh air and sunshine in; as well as outdoor seating. They let you bring in your own food, and there are tons of places right on the same street to order from (duckfat frites, for instance). We hope to be back soon!

I'm a big gin drinker and hardshore is my absolute favorite. The drinks are delicious (espresso martini with gin- say less) and the vibe is great. Tonight there's a fun brass band which is going great with my rosemary tom collins!

If you’re visiting Portland, pop over to Washington Ave and visit this local gin distillery. Grab a sofa, stool, or chair in their tasting room with some friends and immerse yourself in some local made gin cocktails.

The beautiful high ceilings with huge windows and the afternoon sun streaming in is an extra bonus to this laid back spot.

They have multiple seasonal cocktail options that are delicious, along with the classics (Bees Knees & French 75 were my favorite!)

Our favorite gin here is the Hardshore original gin (pairs perfect in a homemade lemon drop) and the Hardshore North Oak Gin. A convenience is also that you can order the gin for a flat rate of $12 shipping (minimum two bottles) to your home!

We were introduced to this place when we went with a group of friends- it’s a great spot for a large group. We liked it so much, we went back the next time we were in the area. They have board games, outdoor seating, and are pup friendly, what more could you ask for!

Great drinks - we especially enjoy their barrel aged gin! It is also a great location to hop around to a few places in an evening

Neat place with a cool atmosphere and a wonderful staff. Loved my bourbon flight, and conversation with the team. I highly recommend!

Walking by, their tremendous still caught my eye. I walked in and admired it, and the bartender Zach said I could take a closer look if I wanted to. We were already quite full from dinner, but had to stay after such a kind greeting. We talked about Hardshore and some of the differences in their gins. Zach was a great host, and I'm sad we only had time for one. Highly recommend! Great vibes, nice decoration, comfy space for a great drink.

Local craft gin distillery in the munjoy hill area on a lively street. I love the open air concept, they have comfy adirondacks, picnic tables, bar seats, and soft seats. Plus they have board and card games! I loved the pickle Richard mocktail- it had a distinct flavor with a nice bite that made it a true mocktail and not just a soda or juice.

Nice distillery for a visit after lunch. We had the cobbler manhattan (peach, apricot, & sweet vermouth), the chocolate martini, and a 5 pour flight with bourbon and gin.

This place has hands down the best sloshies I’ve ever had. Elevated, complex, and just so tasty. If you come here, get a frozen drink and you won’t be disappointed. I promise!!!

Bought a bottle of the Original Gin at my local liquor store. My biggest issue was the cork top continuously shredded and left residue at the opening and eventually, the gin was filled with cork particles. Gin was just average to me. I would put it on the same tier with Tanqueray, Seagrams, and Bombay Sapphire. For me, there’s much better tasting options without this cork issue. I ended up pouring half of it out. Disappointing.

Got the frozen pumpkin spice with whip and it tastes like pumpkin pie in a glass. Also got the white Negroni and it was super clean

First time at Hardshore Distilling Company and my husband and I loved it! The cocktails are amazing and the cool chill vibes outdoors is great!! We especially enjoyed the fabulous weather relaxing on the Arindondack chairs. We’ll have to return in the evening as there are fire pits and white lights:)
Bartender provided excellent customer service and discussed that we could bring food over from the food trucks located next door!

We visited your place last July 3rd. Not the warmest welcome. We felt like we were bothering you.
