What's good baby Project Pat out here from Memphis Tenn. I'll be straight up and say these folks got a small shop but awesome food and coffee. Breakfast sandwiches keep it trill. Hippies who run this joint keep it trill too. 5 stars y'all.

The baby pink exterior of the place caught my eye (classic millennial yes I use glossier beauty products) and I had to go in. Their drinks are super yummy just very expensive. Is to be expected. I was super happy about the lavender rose syrup they offer .... YUMMMMM. literally my idea of perfect in a cup. Added to a matcha latte. Oat milk was an entire extra whole dollar - so I didn't get it. That was annoyingly expensive it's not even that much in philly/nyc. Otherwise great...read full review

I ordered an egg and avocado sandwich with a vanilla oat milk latte. It was SO good. I wish they had bigger sizes for drinks because I had to order two I drank it so fast it was delicious. A very cute shop, friendly, and nice view to people watch and enjoy. A little pricey but worth it. First time here and in Portland.
