Consistent quality from this company. It's been clear sailing for many years.last week a shipment was delayed due to bad weather and the lobster and clams were spoiled on arrival .Maine lobster today did not hesitate a minute and immediately shipped out a replacement and it was marvelous. Tender , sweet lobster and fresh clams.. i have never been disappointed with them and I will certainly increase the number and frequency of future orders due to this experience
I am a New Englander transplanted to Florida. Old and highly suspect of claims about seafood that is not from boat to table within a couple of hours. The lobster i received was amazing. How can a landlubber tell? The poop track of course! I am very pleased and will order again.
I’ve never had a problem with a single shipment and all the years that I’ve gotten fresh Lobster and fish from Maine Lobster now their staff is extremely courteous and proficient and their product is always exemplary. As a native New Englander very familiar with the coast of Maine and now living in the desert of California, it is such a joy to get a little taste of home from such wonderful people and it’s always spectacular.
