I've stopped eating at McDonald's since last year since they ruined the McChicken for me. It used to be my favorite thing to get. But since last year the quality of the McChicken really has gone down the drain, and it's become a gamble of whether or not I'm gonna get a freaking rubbery bone in my McChicken, I'm not kidding. McDonald's only saving grace these days is the shamrock shake, and it's only available once in march per year. That drink is the only reason I gave it three stars. Other than that McDonald's is too expensive for what you get in return. Okay service and terrible food.

Honestly the worst experience I’ve had at a McDonald’s. McDouble, 6 piece, mchicken with crinkle cut pickles. Repeated mchicken order 3 times. When I was handed my food, I was handed a bag with a 5 piece nugget, a mchicken with regular pickles, despite clarifying that I wanted the ones that come on the crispy chicken patty. The McDouble was missing a few ingredients and was messy. When I asked the kid in the window for a refund he said ‘we don’t have time for that my manager is doing something else’.If the supervisor reads this. Please deal with your disrespectful associate in the present window, and if your manager is dealing with more things important than a customer refund, there’s a problem…

I ordered and waited about 15-20 mins to find out the oven wasn't working or something so I had to get a refund which never went back into my bank. Highly disappointed for sure.
Of the 5 burgers ordered 4 were not even cooked and the fries seemed like they were

I got a fish sandwich, small fries, large shake (that wasn’t very large) - it cost $15 and change, a lot of money even if it was good - which it definitely was not! At noon time the food wasn’t even warm, the fries were kind of spongy, like they had been under a lamp or just out for a long time, fish sandwich was cold and the mayo/sauce was all over the bun, a mess to eat and only two little napkins. The food was not good at all. Never asked me if I wanted anything I.e. ketchup, napkins, etc. the only thing that was ok was the shake - with NO STRAW or SPOON. Had to go to a convenience score miles away from McDonalds for a straw. All in all an expensive disappointing experience, one I’m not likely to repeat!

This place has chronically dropped the ball on customer service. But seeing how the manager treats people based on what I guess is social status, it's not the employees fault.
