Best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. I got the #6 with Maine turkey added on. Simply delicious.

Oh no? They mean oh YES! What a great experience. Unassuming inside and out. Simple but elegant menu. We ordered four different sandwiches and each was absolutely delicious. Great service. They have a surprisingly diverse wine selection and an uncommonly large selection of imported beer (plus a few local craft beers). This is a great option for eat-in (small space, though) or carryout. Give it a shot.

Great for takeout. Not your average breakfast sandwich. I got a delicious one with spam. Iced coffee was also very good.

Update a few weeks later, ive been back three times already, had the # 1 and #2.
Awesome.

Great Italian sandwich, definitely coming back to try more. Not a fancy place but sandwiches are fast and very good.

Im upping this to a five - if you are looking for unpretentious delicious breakfast sandwiches with small twists on the classics, then this is the place. Had the the No 1 today maple glazed prosciutto, egg and Maine Cheddar with a splash of tabasco on (I had) ciabatta - devine.

Ill probably be here every weekend morning.....

Went here this morning and I absolutely LOVED it here. Everyone was so incredibly kind and patient and wonderful. I tried the Maine Turkey with Egg, orange juice, and the little potato pancakes and it was A M A Z I N G. I will totally keep coming here, and will bring my family and friends in the future.

My last visit was my last visit. When you make your customers feel unimportant, you lose them. You were in the middle of taking my order when someone else walked in and they became your priority. I walked out without my food, and I will not return. When you make your customers feel unimportant, you lose them.

By the way, I was living on Tyng Street when you opened in 2004 and have been coming there since even after moving out of Portland.

This is a funky west end must visit. It has been a few years, but they have not missed a beat here. We ordered takeout for 5, 6, and 7 along with the baby potato pancakes and an iced coffee. All were excellent, including the iced coffee.

Parking: It can be a little tight here to find a spot, so bring someone along to go inside if you're ordering takeout.

The food is great, the owners rule, and it’s cheap! Also a highly underrated beer selection ?
