Enjoyed watching the World Cup there, the artichoke dip was amazing but the service was not as good as last time, but it was packed and they were doing the best they could to accommodate people.
Great place to watch the FIFA World Cup, literally the 4th bar we stopped at to find one that would play the commentary for the England game. Everyone else only had captions. The only thing is that I wouldn't recommend the nachos with beef, it's like they took a hamburger and half-heartedly crumbled it on top and called it 'with beef', not enough cheese, jalapenos, tomatoes or other stuff to justify the $18 I paid for it. Ri Ra was one of the highlights of our trip to Portland! We stopped in yesterday and had an outstanding experience from start to finish.
