From the moment we stepped into the restaurant it was perfection. It was organized, calm, great music, good lighting, super vibe. The festive cocktail with fresh pomegranate seeds and rosemary sprig gets you in the holiday spirit. There are many choices. Oysters were super fresh and a great selection. Focaccia bread ample and a super start. Hanger steak and filet mignon cooked to perfection and flavorful. Many sauce choices and a la cart side choices ample. Great wine by the glass...
This is one of our favourite HH in town and this visit was as good as always for service and the HH menu. We like to sit at the dark bar on a winter afternoon. Excellent bartender attention. A couple local beers discounted, local spirit martinis for $5, and a decent HH wine by the glass, several food items - this time we enjoyed the steak bites and the poutine. Excellent just what we like again Thank you
Outstanding experience! Not sure what to expect when we booked, but the menu, food, and service were incredible. My wife and I enjoyed our meals and were mind blown by the flavors that we encountered. Should we come back to Portland we will ABSOLUTELY visit The Grill Room and Bar.
