went later on a Saturday night to about a third of the seats filled and every plate looking delicious. started with the halibut crudo on special followed by a turmeric pork noodle number for me and a delicious lobster mussel noodle confection for my dinner mate. the pork in mine was unremarkable but the broth more than made up for it. great spot, will return.

This is my conception of a classic Portland dining establishment. Small dining area, attentive service, great decor (including. beautiful bathroom with a large baby changing table) , and a variety of interesting and unique dishes done quite well.

We sat down at around 2:50pm on a Friday. The happy hour runs from 3-5pm M-F although the servers can’t input orders off the happy hour menu until 3:00pm, you may order prior to then and wait for them to be input.

We were visiting the area and decided to try this place. We were terrified when we saw a line from a block away. Turned out that people really wanted oysters. I've had many an oyster in my time but none worth standing for in a line that long. I was THRILLED as we walked right around the line and into Paw where we were seated immediately!
