I ordered through the Tim Hortons app for mobile pickup. when I went to pock up the order, they could not male the frozen lemonade. I was told that they could not refund my money because it is "was a 3rd party app" I was offered a regular lemonade which I did not want and is priced less than the frozen lemonade. I will not use mobile pick up again. very disappointed in this.
Tyler Turner and his crew do an amazing job, fast friendly service! I think I was in line maybe 4 minutes this morning, few cars ahead of me even. Super efficient!
Attitude from the afternoon staff—yikes!
So, I always order the same thing: an iced coffee with almond milk. Today, I was told they didn’t carry almond milk. When I told them they do, that I always get it, she became incredulous and gave me so much attitude about how I can’t since they don’t have it. The attitude was absolutely through the roof, and when I explained they did have it, she denied it and refused it I check.
