Place is filthy. You stick to the floor and it doesn't look like it's been washed for a week. The music is horrible and too loud. Apparently the employees have no way to control it.
They close the lobby randomly so if you don't have a car it's a gamble on whether they will be open.
Some of my fries were cold.....not luke warm, but actually cold
