Rockland mc Donald’s, I myself have been in the restaurant business I have been a manager at multiple places I’ve worked after working a long night I just want my hot meal made correctly thats all I ask I don’t ask for anything honestly just when I order I shouldn’t have to hit the Ol Ronald Regan quote every time “Trust but verify” On top of this after placing a mobile order waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru for to be told to pull up and wait. Bad customer service and they are very rude to, this woman named Pam was very rude to my kid when she went in to fix her drink after they got it wrong, she specifically said southern iced tea lemonade and they gave her just a lemonade.
So here’s a first. Stopped by the Rockland, Maine McDonalds for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. Apparently the focus there is drive-thru. The crew would not even look at those in the building. Finally someone comes over to the register and announces “the manager has told her to stop taking orders because they are cooking eggs”.
Really! This is McDonalds! Apparently the “manager” has not considered the notion that people consume eggs in the morning!
