“I have been going to Thomaston Maine Applebee's for years. I stopped going due to long wait times, and food coming out cold. I started going back a few months ago, as Applebee's has gone through a huge improvement. My waitress Loni, is fantastic always making sure our food is hot, delivered quickly and always with a smile! Amy is always walking around and asking how everything is. She is always smiling and if something was wrong, I have seen her go out of her way to fix it with other customers. I spoke with her recently about how great service and the food has been, she explained there is a new Kitchen manager that Chris has really stepped up to the plate.
