“My husband and I are pretty easy to please especially when I don't have to do the cooking. But we do like pasta HOT, and this lunch was not. We asked to have it zapped... it took to long; you know what a microwave does to pasta. So we decided we would leave. In comes Gen. Manager, Brad and Dist. Manager. Jamy. After apologizes, they convinced us to stay (we shared a chicken sandwich on the house, which was very good). The managers were very understanding, professional, friendly, and efficient. The day manager, Jason and waitress, Julia were also very professional and friendly. And yes, Julia received a nice tip. We'll go back, probably many times.“
