“My husband and I have driven by this place so many times 🚗 but never had the chance to stop. Today we were in the area at just the right time and finally made it happen 🙌 OMGSH we are so glad we did! The food was outstanding, the homemade bread was incredible 🥖 and everything was so fresh. Our server Emily was an absolute blast 😄 She was fun, sarcastic (just the way we like it 😉) and made us feel like we were regulars from the moment we sat down. It’s one of those places where everyone seems to know each other, and the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming 🩷 We live a little over an hour away, but this spot is absolutely worth the drive. We’ll definitely be back! ✨ Sorry no food pics… we were too hungry 😆🍽️”

“Very unimpressed by a pizza that I was excited to try based on reviews. the "Venus Fly Trap" pie was a huge letdown...cheap tasting pepperoni, flavorless ricotta, and bland "hot" honey. My roommate tried a slice and was equally disappointed. Not sure I will try again.”

As an introvert waiting for over an hour the rest of my party to arrive, the bartenders made me feel welcome and offered samples to try to make sure I found something I liked. Clean, comfortable, and delicious (my friends really enjoyed their drinks too)! I will definitely be back.”

“Sanford House of Pizza has been the go to Pizza shop in Sanford for 50 years. The House Special is the best in the area! If you are looking for a Sandwich the hot grinders are delicious. Make sure to try a Big beef or Super beef, these are incredible!

“Don’t miss this gem! Clam chowder is very tasty. Broth is excellent and potatoes maintain their structure and are not mushy. Lobster roll has a lot of high quality lobster though is on the small side. Onion rings are so crispy! Perfect! Haddock is high quality and delicious. Batter is light and flavorful. Again, cooked perfectly. Then of course we had ice cream. Single scoop is very generous. Best I have ever had.”

“We were passing through and happened to see Hanna's Tavern. It's a bit hidden, but it was more than worth it. Joe is very very nice. The atmosphere there was great, the food was great and the music was great. As German tourists, we were very impressed.”

“Steph the bartender was awesome. Super friendly and held down the whole place herself for drinks and food. The pool tables are high quality and the cues are also not warped or broken (which I now expect when I vacation) which I REALLY appreciate. This is a local feeling hang out spot with an extensive bar, good bar food, and great staff. To the gentleman who works there who helped me find the triangle- I appreciate you- I would have been there all night 🤣. Although there were a lot of men there this doesn’t feel like a pick up place- it’s definitely a “everyone is just here to have fun or eat or watch the game” which is also appreciated as someone who was visiting the area.”

“My waitress was prompt, paid attention to my requests, and was so attentive to my needs there. The backline crew kept issuing forth hot cooked food and they were quick as well. Management was actually happy and the manager and her crew would laugh and smile often. I like this place.”
