No sense of urgency in dinner staff at all, extremely slow and just overall lazy. Will stand with their backs to the counter for a good 5-15 minutes just ignoring customers. Overall a good 30 minute wait every time no matter Food is subpar too. You can tell they don't change fry oil often enough, fries immediately turn soggy the second they cool off for some reason (only McDonald's I've ever experienced this),burgers under condimented and dry. I don't expect much from a McDonald's, however I was there last week and an older gentleman was ordering. He dropped his cane and nobody wanted to grab it for him so I did. Then he told the cashier he would be sitting at a certain seat and the person who made his coffee just put it in the counter and yelled "small coffee!" So I grabbed it and brought it to the guy.
