I eat pho when I am home and was in the mood for some when I was visiting. I saw Pho Hong and decided to stop in. I usually get meatball or brisket and decided to go for the brisket. I was not disappointed.
We were meeting friends and after seeing the Pho Hong restaurant en route, we opted to dine there. We are very glad we did. The food was so fresh and tasty. We started with fried dumplings, which have a thin crust and are quiet delicate. Main courses included: Stir Fried Tofu, Stir Fried Curry with Chicken and a Rice Noodle Bowl with pork. This is a wonderful place! I absolutely love it! I usually get a beef pho or the Vietnamese meatball pho, but I also love the beef stew, which they no longer serve. But I could eat these meals for weeks straight and never get sick of it! They have a very quick and kind service. One of the best pho’s I’ve ever tasted!
