“We stopped here after my husband a job in Scarborough, and wow… what an incredible surprise. The whole place has that true Maine vibe — cozy, welcoming, and super friendly. Our server Eric was awesome from start to finish. My husband ordered the pork schnitzel and absolutely loved it. I had the butternut squash linguine with prosciutto, roasted squash, arugula, and their homemade crostini bread… incredible. I even saved half so I could enjoy it again another day. Hubby tried two of their 5oz beers (Space Ghost and Santa’s Reinbeer) and enjoyed both. But the show-stealer? The apple crisp cheesecake. 🍎 Hubby took one bite and said, “This is so good it should be outlawed.” And honestly, he wasn’t wrong. It was ridiculous in the best way. We left talking about how we’re glad we live two hours away, because we’d be here every day if we didn’t. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re in the area. Amazing food, great vibe, great service.“

“Townhouse Pub is a trap. A beautiful, chaotic, feral little trap. You walk in for one drink and suddenly it’s hours later, your voice is gone, your phone battery is at 6%, (no worries, chargers AT the bar) and you’re having the time of your life. The drinks are criminally good and the vibes are unhinged in the best way possible. And Bailey?? Absolute feral bartender energy (in the best way). Lightning fast, dangerously funny, pours like she’s trying to solve your problems, and somehow runs the entire bar while roasting you and making you feel loved at the same time. “We just happened upon this bar and they invited our dogs in, so welcoming and such a great vibe, Chase, the bartender can make you anything that you don't find on the menu, he is passionate about his drinks. Just a great experience while visiting Portland.“

“We recently visited (5 adults and two young kids) and had a great time. Really only one of the adults had any knowledge or experience with golf. It was still fun for everyone. Service was fast, friendly, and attentive. Food was great! And we ended our outing with ice cream right next door. We will be back!“

“Nice big place. Big bar. They have pool tables and dart boards here. Good place for big groups of people. Alot of tables. A couple of tv's and plenty of parking. The outside deck is nice with plenty of picnic tables and umbrellas. The food menu selection is huge. The food is pretty good. I feel like I'm always expecting more from the food. The chicken wings need to be cooked more.

“Great, vegan pizza! Not all pizza parlors carry vegan cheese, but Portland Pie does. And it is so good. I do miss their whole wheat crusts; I really liked them, but I guess there wasn’t enough demand. But this is still absolutely fabulouspizza.
