“Engrain is one of my absolute favorite restaurants in the Berwick/Somersworth/Dover area. I always do build your own bowls with salmon and I am never disappointed. The bake goods are delicious! The black bean brownies are so rich and decadent and the semolina jam cookies are amazing (especially the Maine blueberry)! They have lots of local items like beer, wine, coffee, juice, and some pantry staples. I have yet to eat something that wasn’t excellent from Engrain. On top of the great food, it’s super cute inside! Modern farmhouse meets boho. And Jennifer is always an absolute delight to talk to!Dietary restrictions: Lots of vegetarian, vegan, etc options. I am dairy free snd pescatarian and can eat delicious meals here without hesitation“
