The owner operator here knows his buy. Not just cooking, but people as well. Seated in the middle of Durhams' UNH shopping district, this place is amazing in both food quality, atmosphere and PRICES. The all you can eat breakfast is a no-brainer at $14/plate. The burgers are handmade, and the ingredients are as good as 110 grill, Applebee's or 5-Guys, for a much friendlier price.

Get the French toast breakfast sandwich. Bomb.
Great venue for race fans. Opposite the iconic track. Great fun from quirky hand book menus to the cars dotted around the restaurant. Food and service were pretty good too.

The Blue Flame Restaurant and Entertainment offers an amazing dining experience with incredible food and service. The atmosphere is calm and quiet, like a hidden retreat. The chef and owner is an absolute wizard in the kitchen, preparing everything fresh that day. Meals like the roasted chicken dinner, prime rib, and salmon are tender, juicy, and absolutely amazing. The breakfast buffet is also very good. Prices are super cheap for the great quality.
Service is attentive, friendly, and helpful, making guests feel completely safe and cared for, even with special dietary needs. The chef personally comes out to greet guests and ensure everything is perfect. This place should be jam packed every night.
It is also a great venue for special events, like a wedding afterparty, thanks to a fantastic music setup downstairs. The night club downstairs is perfect for grabbing a drink, enjoying late-night bites, and dancing. Live entertainment is also offered. The Blue Flame provides a warm, welcoming, and heartfelt hospitality that makes it a true gem and a spot to visit again and again.
