I ordered my usual today for pickup using the app. It was all ready when I got there and done perfectly. Everything I have at The Works has been great. Most of the time I use the app to order and then I pick up. Once in a while I get back to my office and the order is not quite the way I ordered it or the salad has the wrong dressing but the staff are always eager to resolve the issue when I reach out.

Service never takes long, prices are very reasonable, and the quality is incredibly consistent. Also a big fan of the whole local sourcing thing and how much they’ve tried to cut down on packaging and cutlery waste. Very nice place to stop
