Brought my wife and daughter here for breakfast this morning and while waiting almost 15 min just to be seated, I witnessed the cook grab bacon with his bare hands after touching other things in the kitchen and out the bacon on a ladies plate to be served! The waitresses excuse was “well, he’s supposed to wash his hands”. Gloves??? What if he wiped his nose or didn’t wash his hands after using the bathroom or even touching raw bacon??!!! GROSS!!!

The shift supervisor, Nicole D, DESERVES ALL THE APPRECIATION. She’s amazingly sweet and generous and has made me a new friendly’s regular customer.
After seeing her employee post on the Friendly’s Facebook page, I sent her a private message telling her it was my good friend’s birthday and, as a major Friendly’s simp, I wanted to buy him a Friendly’s hat.
