I wanted to order 1 latte and have my tumbler filled with drip coffee, because the worker didn't understand their own pricing or that usually a refill is cheaper, as it saves the price of a cup, so to at least be fair just charge the price of a large 20oz coffee and fill the 28oz mug a little less.

Your store a sell of black because the barista can't think at all. Literally couldn't figure out something as simple as price per fl oz that would allow a correct uncharged...read full review

This is a great spot for coffee while you browse the books. Service wasn't great (slow, not very polite, not fast), but this seems to be due to being short-staffed.

I got a cup of coffee so that I could drink it while I walked around. Looking at books. I will say that the guy behind the counter smoked his breakfast. He didn't seem to know what was going on and it was taking a really long time for him to help the person in front of me. Not like 2 minutes but well over five to get a cup of coffee and a muffin I thought was a little extended. He kept coming back and asking her what she ordered.
