The very worst Hilton hotel I have ever stayed at. Dirty rooms, never serviced. To add insult to injury, we were blamed for it not being serviced (despite asking multiple times a day, for literal days, to have some clean sheets and a clean glass to drink from). Bins left overflowing, used towels not replaced. Met with gaslighting or just lies at front desk. It has been a hotel hellscape. This is one of the worst hotels we've been to. Currently under construction black tarps everywhere, saw and sheet rock dust EVERYwhere. The toilet seat in our room was snapped and the wallpaper falling off the wall inside our room. Dead bugs on the floor in the lobby, overflowing trash cans by the ice machine (that I wouldn't trust with a 60 foot pole), pool water was ice cold, and "breakfast" was $15 per person for a "Continental" breakfast buffet 😳! I checked in and the first room was filthy. What appeared to be Cheeto crumbs in the pillow and the bathroom floor was disgusting. Clearly had not been swept or mopped. Was moved to another room. Better, but no towels or hand soap I had to call the front desk twice ask for what I needed. Waited and waited. Finally I went to the front desk to complain. They sent up the towels.
