My husband ordered 3 items and non of them were good to him - to where he didn’t finish any dish. I ordered a burrito and it tasted pretty good. Coming from south of California, I was looking for something close to a specific dish and the burrito was the closest item. I would say just a little unbalanced with the ingredients. But it was good.
Taco Trio is the best mexican food in Portland. It’s hard to find good Mexican food on the east coast in general. Plus, the staff is so friendly, nice, and gives great recommendations. It’s really refreshing. Sooo so so glad my friend introduced me to Taco Trio. :)

The salsas are an absolute highlight. Bold, fresh, and they elevate every single bite. Honestly some of the best salsa I’ve had in South Portland.
