awful service went in spent 40$ burgers were all burnt definitely left out and recooked and fries were awful and old, went in for a refund and get yelled at saying it was fresh made. she then says this is all on camera we don't have to refund you, she then realized it was all on camera and refunded us because when they would've went to check camera they would've seen all the food was old. terrible food terrible customer service do not recommend thomaston mc Donald's
Ordered TWO separate orders both included a large fry each. I started to walk out and looked into the second bag, turned around and walked back in to get my other fry because it wasn’t in the bag. I got so much attitude & was told I was trying to “steal” another fry when she remembered putting ONE in the bag….. When I ordered TWO. So unprofessional. I go there way more than I should & spend plenty of money there.
