Coffee isn’t being made correctly. Not even close. I asked for a cold brew with a espresso shot. Got a original iced coffee with nothing. This is happening far too often have basically stopped going to this location for this. I paid for espresso shots.
Every time I order ahead they seem to mess it up. More than once I’ve gone through the drive through line given my order number and gotten home and even though they’ve given me the correct beverage, they’ll give me the wrong food which necessitates me having to drive back to have it corrected.
Not sure if anyone ever checks this? But just in case, the current evening crew is pretty great! I drive the extra 10 minutes to this one instead of the one closest to home because they're pretty much the only Dunkin I've been to in ages that consistency gets the order right! Also the lady who made our drinks last night wiped a bit of coffee off the top of the lid before handing it over... maybe sounds like an odd thing to praise, but it's amazing how often I get a cup with coffee...read full review
