Well, this was my first and last time at a Jersey Mike's! TBH, the Danny DeVito commercials made it look good but it was disappointing. I ordered the Big Kahauna chicken sub and asked Ian to leave the jalapeños out. After he asked if it was dine in or takeout, I said takeout. I paid, got my receipt (she asked me if I wanted a receipt!), which said "DINE IN" at the top, and went to the rest room, which took about a minute. Thank you for the fatty bacon and hard spots in my sandwich you guys are a literal trash can.
First time here, ordered two sandwiches as in on the menu and added roast beef to one sandwich. The lady who took my order was incredibly rude throwing her hands up in the air and told me to stop ordering based on the one addition to my order. Also not wise for staff to complain out loud while assisting customers. I will not return to this location, I’ll save myself the attitude.
