“The owner (the man I assume) is always so fun and silly! Love his energy. A favorite spot of mine and my friends and I enjoy going here :) Always makes the best boba and pho. “A lovely side of vegie fried rice with delicata squash, radicchio, scrambled egg, mushrooms, and scallions. A delicious light, healthy meal after some Portland errands. The hot jasmine green tea is so soothing and uplifting. This places always a great choice for a quick, fresh, solid meal.“
