At this Aroma Joes location they have a fantastic staff, they are always quick to suggest items that I may enjoy, the food has never been prepared wrong from this location for me personally and did I mention their strawberry banana smoothies?“

“Usually I have a good time eating here (other than the fact they removed to soda fountain from the dining area) but I’ll share what happened tonight: I put remove and add ketchup on my mcchicken on the kiosk. I get a mcchicken with just mayo no ketchup. Go up to the counter to let them know and ask for ketchup packets, the lady behind the counter asks if there were any other modifications to my sandwich and I tell her no lettuce and regular ketchup, she types it on the cash register computer and then they just walk away. Still have no idea if they put it in there for fun or not because I still don’t have the ketchup packets or what I suppose was a new sandwich.

“I've been really impressed with the young staff here being able to gracefully serve the always busy drive through, constant dash pickups, and me at the counter with surprising speed without missing a beat. You can even expect to be treated to genuine smiles, well-versed recommendations, and quality products freshly crafted to order. “This Dunkin has a magnetic field that attracts my car to it almost every day! We are greeted at the speaker, sometimes by name, then are always passed the goods with a friendly smile by seemingly happier staff than any other fast food drive- through in town. They are not the fastest but definitely have the best attitudes and customer service. I regularly visit the other Dunkin's in town so I know which is best- Oakland KMD gets 5 stars from me!!! ☆☆☆☆☆“

“The dunkin was spot in. The coffee tasted good, and the donuts too. The staff was a bit rude at 10 am whe. We went that day. I waited a few days to post this so I didn't let emotions get in the way of my review. It's hard to get past the additude that was given to my family members.“

“Shout out to the 2 ladies at the Waterville KMD at 5:30 this morning (Thursday the 12th). I placed an order with the Oakland kmd branch yesterday for a 5AM pick up for 7 dozen donuts and they were closed and did not notify me. I went to the WTVL branch told them what was going on and understood they could not fulfill that many, but what ever I could get would be amazing. They were able to supply me with 3 dozen.
