“Love this place, great Thai food with extremely friendly people working here. Big fan of their duck and beef noodle soups, they also have a special one going so check for that on FB page. Usually get drunken noodles also if even to eat next day. The appetizer platter is great as well. Also the Para garden is awesome if you like peanut sauce. Curries are very good as well. Haven't disliked anything actually. Thai ice teas great too!“

“Took our kids to dinner tonight (their first time having Thai food) and we had the best service and dinner. Our waitress was so nice and friendly, she explained the menu and even made suggestions. All the staff was great! Our food and drinks were delicious. Our kids loved everything as much as we did! We will definitely be back!“

“Absolutely incredible food! Came for my mom's birthday on a whim and we were HIGHLY impressed. It's always a good sign that a Thai business is run by Thailand natives. We had Mamas Dumplings, Scallion Pancakes and each ordered an entree (drunken noodles with chicken and pineapple chicken). Great portions with leftovers and DELICIOUS flavor! Food came out very hot and tastes so fresh, they're definitely using great ingredients. The staff here were very friendly and happily offered recommendations even when it was busy.“

“BAO 155 is great. It is in a beautiful space right in the heart of Portsmouth. The menu had so many options, we had a hard time choosing. We ended up getting a little of everything. The service was exceptional. Our order was prepared quickly and the food was amazing. This is a 100% must try when in Portsmouth. You will not regret it!“

“From the start I felt I was walking into a dream. Beautiful and unexpected decor. Stylish, Upscale, Modern. Not what I'm familiar with in most Asian restaurants. Enchanting and romantic.

As they say, 'you eat with your eyes first', and right off the bat, my eyes were telling me we were about to dive into something flavorful, delicious and satifying.
The Pho noodle bowl with shrimp was steaming and presented with a side of garnishes; basil, mint, jalapeno, bean sprouts, lime wedges and a little dish of the best house made hot sriracha. Wow! Packed a flavor-filled punch. We used every bit of it. (Will take tums later).
The grilled lemongrass chicken thighs were juicy and so, so good. Excellent alongside a perfect bowl of garlic ftied rice.

The servers were so friendly and helpful when we asked questions about origins of some of the dishes.

If I lived anywhere near this place it would be a frequent dining choice.
Or even to come for cocktails. The bar is stunning. We had a 3 hour drive to home ahead of us so we couldn't induge. But, if they put as much care into making a good drink as they do into everything else, I'm certain it's worth a visit to just relax and enjoy a drink while sitting at the gorgeous bar.

I hope we travel this way again soon. Will be a top choice on my list of dining places to enjoy.“
