Dine in, al fresco or to go. “This place is the cutest!Total hidden gem off Water St. The ambiance in here is so inviting and warm. The staff is incredibly sweet and friendly. The gluten free brownie is a lil crunchy (it's GF, duh) but sooooo rich and tasty. I tried an iced s'mores latte and my friend had an iced vanilla latte; we both loved it. This place is definitely a ray of sunshine in an otherwise quiet little town.“

“I've never gotten anything from here that I don't like, and the prices are exactly reasonable in my opinion.I love the eggs and the potatoes and the vegetables, the only thing I don't like is when I get something like biscuits and gravy or something with a lot of carbs then I get super tired afterwards, but that has nothing to do with the restaurant itself. “Really cool place to visit and relax. Love the fact that it is off the beaten path and you have to know the local area to get there, the first time. So shout out to coffee geeks who like excellent coffee but not pretentiousness. It has a welcoming good feel to it. Simplicity and the open, natural light coming in from the top is what I also like. The polite and relaxing staff and owners are so nice and they are thinkers as well. Good conversations when I have been there. Hope to get there more often.“

“Edit: They have a new staff and everyone that is working there now is so friendly. My order was made wrong at the drive thru and the person working the drive thru started up a conversation with me and it didn't seem like I was waiting long at all because of their wonderful customer service. The change in staff was a great move.Absolutely the worst Biggby I’ve ever been to. I got there at 12:45, looked over the menu and ordered by 12:48 (time stamp on receipt). The place was packed so I understood if it took a while longer. I didn’t expect for the place to empty out and my family and I being the only ones left. At around 1pm we get up to ask for our sandwiches and the employee who took our order goes home! She reminded the staff on duty to make our sandwiches too! The staff is chit chatting and laughing away while by 1:15pm we are STILL waiting for our sandwiches. By this time, I was furious because there was no one in the shop but us. I asked for a manager and I got directed to the shift lead who admitted to forgetting our sandwiches and said they’ll be out soon. I told her our iced drinks melted while we waited because it was supposed to be a meal not ate and drank separately and she refused to remake our drinks. I asked for compensation or manager and she said there was none and best she can do is take our name and number for 2 free drinks next time. Which was then written on blank receipt paper rather than a managers notebook or something to make it believable that you were helping me.
