Aerie Restaurant & Lounge, perched on the 16th floor of the Grand Traverse Resort in Traverse City, Michigan, is nothing short of mesmerizing. It was the perfect venue for a special birthday celebration, surrounding us with breathtaking 360-degree views of Lake Michigan and an elegant, unforgettable ambiance. Aerie Restaurant & Lounge offers a great ambiance and stellar, breathtaking views that guests love, creating a perfect romantic setting. The food is amazing and exceptional, with the dessert being outstanding and delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly, very nice, and very accommodating, with servers who are knowledgeable and able to accommodate specific food allergies. The view is amazing and spectacular, especially the fall view before sunset. While the food and service are highlights, the restaurant may struggle to accommodate larger groups. It remains a nice spot for special occasions, though getting in and out of the booths for brunch can be difficult.
