We went there with my husband to get a dozen of donuts. I pointed to the girl on the counter which ones we liked and she went inside to get a box to put them in. At that time the other lady (she was working at the drive-through) took one of the donuts we chose. I told her that we already ordered this one but she very rudely replied to me that it had already been paid for at the drive-through. I said Ok, I will choose another one. customer service was awful today! I got a starry-eyed red bull drink today I asked for lite ice. when I received my drink it was literally half empty. I asked this woman at the window about it and she screams at me it's cause you didn't want ice then slams the the window door in my face without any type of explanation. I guess I didn't realize my drink is mostly ice when I ordered it. looks are deceiving. But being plain out rude to your customers is not okay.
I go to the Adrian MI location and my boyfriend and I always get coffee in the morning everyday. We ask for 2 xl 4×4s stirred well. And we get to the window and get our coffees they are hardly ever stirred. I'm quite irritated for the fact that he specifically asks at the speaker to make sure they are stirred. Something needs to be done about this.
