I called and the employee immediately apologized and said they had a new employee that accidentally left it on the grill. They said I could come back now or another day. I came the following day and they gave me my missing taco plus one for the wait and inconvenience. Great customer service and friendly employees“

“Tacos were great! Rice was undercooked and hard, the salsa wasn’t filled all the way and is extremely tiny. My chips were stale as well, charging for chips & salsa but handing out stale chips and tiny salsa. I’d suggest a better way to store chips so they don’t go stale and a slightly bigger container for salsa?“

“I've been to alot of Qdobas, local and out of state. This MSU campus location is the best overall experience I have encountered. The management, the staff were real and not like robots. The food prep and portion makes it delicious.The chicken even is cut in bigger chunks. One local franchise cuts it so small it looks like it comes out of a Tyson can and grilled. Then they shake the spoon and voila, you have a baby portion on your $8 quesadilla. It's unfortunate that individual franchise owners will trim their portions in the name of profit. I will continue to patronize the East Grand River location and recommend to my friends and Co workers.“

“I wanted to write a review about El Azteco West but their page no longer appears in my search. The manager, Bobby, demonstrates unprecedented unprofessionalism and incompetence. My boyfriend was a cook at the Westside location but quit due to egregious health code violations. They let a burrito sit out on the counter for almost two hours, then microwaved it and served it to a customer. There's severe mice infestation. They also stored the tiolet brush on the same shelf as the clean dishes. Things got ridiculous after my boyfriend quit and called the health department. Bobby withheld his paycheck from him because she wanted to confront him about calling the health department. She called him evil for notifying the health department, instead of handling the complaints internally. Astoundingly, she denied that letting for sit out for almost two hours and then serving it to a customer constituted a health code violations. When my boyfriend finally picked up his check, someone had written "turd" on it. They also only paid him minimum wage, far less than the other cooks. The manager, Bobby, threatened to call the police on me for slander for telling people about the mice infestation and for writing truthful negative reviews. Bobby was so pathetic, she threatened to call our landlord. I discourage everyone from eating at this restaurant and working there. I've never experienced such a dirty, poorly run restaurant with managers who disregard food safety and professionalism.“

During covid my wife and I were traveling to Michigan for some car parts, I knew aldacos was on the way and we called them to see if we would make it even though it would be late. The lady on the phone not only said they would stay open, but she greeted us at the door and made our meal a memory to last forever. Each worker provided excellent customer service and they wlevem sent us on our way with a care package. I absolutely love this place for their service, food and all around family feel.“
