“This is the Subway in Michigan on 202. The service was great, and the sandwich was delicious and a great stop for our 6-hour drive home. Girls working the counter was very nice as well the other perks of it being on 202 is that it's inside a gas station a really nice one you can get your drinks and snacks and souvenirs as well! We stop here every time we go up North.”

“We have ordered from Dee's 3 times this year when we've visited my parents. I'll start by saying the pizza has been wonderful all three times. The crazy fingers have been good also and the ranch is top notch. My only complaint is the first time, we waited 45 minutes AFTER ordering online and coming in the time that was stated. The second time was better but was also a week day. The third time, again 30 minutes after coming in 10 minutes after the time stated. So, from order placed to in hand was an hour and a half. When we asked to have the bread sticks checked on...which is what we were told was taking so long, not the actual pizza, the lady rolled her eyes and said "I told you they were in the oven". I get it, you get very busy and it's frustrating. But 2/3 times the wait was really long and not friendly. So Def go for the food, but don't expect good service.”

“The Subway in the West Branch Shell gas station is absolutely ? the best Subway I've ever eaten. I used to manage a Subway spec state for 2 years. The people are the nicest evergreen when sorry handed abs super busy. It might take a little longer than normal, but it's because the food sofresh and the bread is so soft. And they take a lot of care in making your order. They know me so well after 10years that they don't even have to ask what condiments or vegetables I want. They already know. And, there is a reason they call the people who work at Subway Artisan sandwich makers. Because that's exactly what you get from the west branch subway at Shell gas station. So if you want an amazing sandwich go to this Subway it is worth the drive and the wait. I promise you. Sara the manager of the gas station is the best all around”

“Manager is playing games with metric for time to process an order by making you wait to order at drive thru. Won’t take your order until car ahead of you is driving off. Same problem last year so it’s a pattern.”
