“A great place to get a coffee! The Baristas and really helpful and courteous, and the prices are pretty reasonable! I also love how aesthetically pleasing the inside is! The only thing I dislike is how the drive thru/parking is set up, but I believe that is out of this location's control so just be mindful when entering and exiting the area! All on all, this is my favorite place when I want to treat myself!“

“Nice place to go for coffee in the morning with a large seating area with many tables and lots of sunlight. They also have couches and chairs. Sometimes I go just to leave the house behind and be able to focus solely on my paperwork. Way better than a library. Downtown Alma is a block away and offers dining and small local shops with clothing, accessories, records, arts, bookstore, barbershop, gas stations and more. Alma College campus is also a block away and a nice safe place to walk if you need a break. Is on the corner and faces a street and has outdoor seating. “So I found out today (Wednesday) it is buy BOGO free when I was paying, after asking for my free one and stating I would come back to get it so I wouldn't hold others up I was told NO you can't get it today. We went back & forth on this until I asked to speak with a manager, she also told me I didn't mention it so I couldn't get it. After finally agreeing to the free coffee I was given the coffee by a VERY VERY sarcastic young lady she was calling me "sweetheart" saying I was beautiful in a belittling way over & over again. Absolutely horrible customer service. So after having the coffee yesterday I wish I would NOT have got the free one. It was the most disgusting coffee I have ever had! I'll give a 0 (zero) for customer service.“
“This place is brand new and it is inside the campground store at leisure lake campground. Excellent food. Paninis are really large and filling and for the price quite reasonable. I had french fries for my side which were great crispy that is lol. They also have a very nice selection of coffees and don't forget the ice cream. The service was exceptional and food was great and everything in between. This place is open to the public you do not have to be camping to stop here and enjoy everything they have to offer thank you Raedene and staff.“
“I would've given 5 stars but I had a survey code I wanted to use along with another meal and could not use it. Evidently, you can't use a survey from another McDonald's. You have to use the survey at the McDonald's that you receive it at. It doesn't say that anywhere on the receipt. It says valid at participating McDonald's. It should be a bit clearer.The woman at the drive thru must not have been having a good day because she was so rude about the whole situation.The food is usually always good there and they get the order right, though.Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals and a lot of choices for them. They aren't about kids like they used to be as far as there are no play scapes anymore. The new buildings are like little doctor offices now.“
“Employee at the counter was great. Food was hot and tasted fine. I do have a question though, is it company policy for McDonald's to not fill their french fries up all the way? Matter which McDonald's I go to, they only seem to fill the fries up about three quarters of the way. Fill the fries!“
