“We were in Alpena for a hockey tournament and were in desperate need of some coffee. The baristas were warm and friendly. They made our Caramel Marvel and White Lightning coffees perfect. The interior looks newly remodeled making for an eclectic soothing atmosphere. Great for socializing or reading. Bonus: They are walking distance to Lake Huron.“

“I am from downstate and I think this is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been going to them for years. I ordered a Venti mocha hot and it was perfect. Just the right amount of chocolate and no whipped cream just as I requested. The young lady that waited on me was very kind with a very big smile. This is the second time that I’ve been to the Starbucks and both experiences I would rate five.
I cannot say anything about the atmosphere because I was in the drive-through window both times.“

“Every town needs a bobs bullpen! They’re family friendly, with hip indoor and outdoor dining. Daily food specials, soups and sandwiches will keep you interested in coming back. The arcade is full of exciting retro games, bright lights and music, I only dreamed of having an arcade like this when I was a kid. There’s a HUGE variety of games and comics throughout the store, something for everyone. Not to mention you can rent the arcade for parties and events of your own :)“

“The person at the front was new but was friendly and patient. McDonald's is McDonald's, but props to management for hiring and training their staff. Genuine customer service is a rarity at many fastfood chains. Made up for what was an average McDonald's visit.“
