The manager (Roxy) was super sweet and she has the right attitude, she definitely knows what she’s doing and how to treat people, the customer service at this location is also amazing!! Best McDonald’s in Alpena hands down!

Honestly, McDonald's use to be the cheapest place to eat fast food and now it is one of the most expensive. The burgers are about the size of three of their pickle slices laid out, and just as thick. And, God forbid they get your food ON the bun!
