Burgers come sloppy, not stacked nicely. If I go thru the drive thru, I always get told to pull forward and everyone else is being served while I am waiting. So now I just do online ordering. But sometimes they shove all my food for 4 into 1 bag and its over full and not closed and raining outside. I think more care needs to be put into the service. I rarely get the ketchup or bbq that I request. Slow down, read the orders and double check them.
Respectfully Y'all need to get your crap together with drive thru orders because I'm tired of my order being constantly messed up how do you mess up 2 sausage McMuffin and a hash brown the staff is always kind and the place is always clean but I'm tired of my order being wrong if I pay for something I should get it all I shouldn't have missing items like I did today
Not all McDonald's are the same. This ones not a ten but not a 1 either. I'd rate it a 6 or 7. The Quarter pounder was a little dry but the fries were good. The Mcfish was good. Quarter pounders should never be dry. Bad management.
